Chris and Stephanie have a lot of history in their current home and neighborhood, but Stephanie is tired of sinking money into a non-functional house. Designer Jillian knows that creating a functional home will make Stephanie want to stay right where she is, but real estate agent Todd thinks that when Chris sees everything a newer house has to offer, he’ll move his family out of their current money pit.
