Cesar and Andre Millan head to Chicago to meet some local heroes doing great work for man’s best friend. First up is Michelle Kong, who oversees an online volunteer organization called the Unofficial Rescue Team, which uses Facebook alerts to respond to sightings of strays. Next, the Millans meet Rosemary Hurley, who has spent 10 years creating a dog-friendly area in her neighborhood.
